Instruction plays a key role in making the game fun. We all like to be competitive and the handicap system lets golfers of all different skill levels compete but if you really want to keep the game fun, some instruction goes a long way.

You can be stubborn like me and slice the ball for fifteen years until you finally figure it out, or, you can get some quality instruction and enjoy the next 20 or 30 years. The choice is yours but if I had to do it over, I would have sought out good, quality, instruction (yea...advice from everyone on the second tee box, after they witnessed your 30 yard muff off the first tee, doesn't count as "quality" instruction).

No matter what part of the game you would like to improve there is instruction waiting for you.
